Booking & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026 · All session times are Nigeria time (WAT).

Please read this policy before paying for a Gruen Music Studio session. A booking made through the official booking page helps the studio schedule artists fairly and prepare for each session.

1. Official bookings and confirmation

• Studio sessions must be requested through the official Gruen Music Studio booking page. Unbooked walk-ins or informal arrangements are not guaranteed studio time.
• A booking is confirmed only after the payment has been verified by Paystack and the booking status is confirmed.
• A pending booking is a temporary reservation, not a confirmed appointment. If payment is not completed and verified within the stated hold period, the time may become available to another client.
• Keep your booking code and payment reference for your records.

2. Session rates and duration

• Studio Session: ₦10,000 per hour, with a minimum of one hour and a maximum of twelve hours per booking.
• Full Day Booking: ₦75,000 for the selected calendar day.
• The service, date, duration and total amount shown in the booking summary should be checked before payment.

3. Changes and cancellations

• Contact the studio before paying if you need to discuss a change or cancellation.
• For hourly bookings, cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Full-day bookings are non-refundable.
• Do not assume a change or cancellation has been accepted until the studio confirms it.
• Cancelling a booking in the booking system does not itself process a payment refund. Any approved refund must be handled separately.

4. Arrival and studio conduct

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked start time.
• No food or drinks are allowed in the studio.
• Arriving late may reduce the usable session time; contact the studio as soon as possible if you expect to be delayed.

5. Payment and verification

• Payments are processed through Paystack.
• A payment success screen alone is not the final confirmation. Gruen Music verifies the transaction on the server before confirming the booking.
• If payment appears successful but the booking remains pending, do not immediately pay again. Contact the studio and provide your booking code and payment reference.

6. Contact and booking records

Use the contact details published on the official Gruen Music website to discuss your booking. Provide your booking code and the email address used during checkout so the studio can locate the correct record.
